Our Story

With over 20 years of experience in property insurance, Dale Bailey saw a growing need for reliable, compassionate restoration services. After two years in the restoration business, he and Brandy decided to create R&R Restoration—not just to “restore” properties but to “renew” them, making them like new again. We wanted to start a business that wasn’t your typical “corporate” operation. We wanted to create opportunities for our team members, be good neighbors, and always do what’s right, simply because it’s the right thing to do.

R&R Restoration is more than just a business—it’s a family. The Baileys have three boys, all of whom are or have been involved in the company. Our Expertise

Our technicians are IICRC WRT certified and several team members hold additional certifications in mold, fire, and structural drying. Customers can feel confident when an R&R Restoration technician shows up at their door—they’ll be greeted by a certified, experienced professional who knows exactly how to handle their situation. What sets us apart is our commitment to doing what we say we’ll do when we say we’ll do it. We over-communicate, and the customer experience is always our top priority.
