What to expect

When you reach out, we start with the immediate concern and help you understand the next step.

We look at the affected area, explain what we see, and answer questions in plain language.

You receive a straightforward plan for the work so there is less uncertainty about what comes next.

You have a clear point of contact and practical updates as the work moves forward.
For water damage that needs drying and repairs, this is the usual path. Your project depends on the damage, drying progress and any insurance review. Open a phase to see what happens.
A team member contacts you to arrange an inspection and assess the damage. We use tools such as moisture meters and thermal cameras to plan the work. If needed, we can help you with the insurance-claim process.
Where needed, we remove affected materials following IICRC S500 water-restoration standards and place drying equipment. Equipment is commonly on site for 3–5 days, but drying time varies with the conditions.
We arrange moisture readings to check progress. Our goal is to visit daily, although circumstances can sometimes prevent a visit. We stay in touch daily so you know how the drying is going.
Once the affected areas are properly dry and meet the applicable drying standards, we collect the equipment. The moisture readings help determine when this step is ready.
When this stage is complete, we send the documentation and invoices to your insurance carrier if you are making a claim. The work to limit damage and dry the property, called mitigation, is billed separately from repairs.
An in-house project manager coordinates the repairs or reconstruction. We inspect and prepare a repair estimate and scope of work for your adjuster’s review when insurance is involved. After the required approval, your project manager helps with materials, colors and scheduling.
Your project manager and technicians coordinate with you daily on schedules and progress. Depending on the repairs, several trades may need to work in your home.
When repairs are complete, you and your project manager walk through the work and discuss any concerns. The project closes with a Certificate of Completion.
