Dale brought more than 20 years of property-insurance experience to R&R. After two years in restoration, he and Brandy started a company built around practical help and personal care when a home or business is damaged.
The Baileys have three sons, all of whom are or have been involved in the company. That family foundation shapes the way R&R treats customers, employees, and partners.
